This weekend was fairly busy. I woke up at 6 on Saturday to go to the Regional Track Meet. My sister pole vaults, but was only able to get to 9 feet 6 inches before she scratched out. She was happy with what she accomplished, that being her last track meet. That was also the day my friend Judy broke a record and is on her way to State, so proud!!! We drove home in time for me to go to Half Priced Books and convince myself to buy The Lovely Dead's record for $56. (Is it worth it? I think so...) Unfortunately I was called to go babysit so I was unable to do that, but I made money!!! Sunday was City Serve Austin, an organization that my chuch works with where we fix up parks in our area. I shoveled mulch for most of the day, obtaining a pink burn on my shoulders. Thankfully that will soon turn into a tan, or peel hopefully the former. I hope you all had a great weekend, but not as exhausting as mine was. :) TTFN
